I find it weird that the professors don't question Naruto being there at all. And how they're completely comfortable with Arceus around, which is established to be the God of their world. But your story is good, gunna follow.

I honestly dislike it already, only because of the actor's note. Yes, they make Naruto overpowered with really bad execution. But Naruto is already overpowered with chakra. What do the writers chose... they take it away, which means its not Naruto anymore.

There is only one really good pokemon cross-over with Naruto which is called: Naruto The New Pokemon Master. Which is written by someone else, but another someone posted it when the original stopped. Here Naruto is obviously overpowered, yet... he trains his pokemon and uses his knowledge to adapt his world's technique into his pokemon.

I find this personally a very good example of how such a story should be. Not be taking away his powers or keeping him stuck in a 9-year-old mind with an adults body.
