Have to wonder about those Grandparents, if Enji is so terrified of them that he's willing to surrender Shoto's training over to All Might (even if it is only temporary) rather than allow them to have a crack at him. Could they be the ones Enji learned his "teaching skills" from?

Oh right, Hisashi has a fire quirk too. This is a plausible headcanon and I'm tickled at the thought of Shoto and Izuku being cousins. Family fics all around! I don't think little Deku should meet his grandparents...
