This is a very interesting take on the whole do-over mechanic. I usually dislike powerful beings being involved, but you have done it in a pretty sensible way.

The interaction between harry and hermione is what really stands out here as fantastic. Really looking forward to where this is going.

This is my new favorite time travel fix-it fic.

I love the Thandie character. She seems to genuinely like Harry.

I love Harry and Hermione's playful/flirty dynamic even before they officially got together.

I love that Hermione figured out that Harry wasn't the Harry she knew (I'm not a fan of fics where someone as smart and observant as Hermione never picks up on something like that) and that the "confrontation" she had with him about it didn't become melodramatic before she was officially let in on the secret.

I love how Harry has dealt with Malfoy, not rising to the bait and only going after him and his bodyguards physically/magically when Hermione was outnumbered and cornered.

I love that Hermione has gotten her shots in at people like Malfoy and Ron, and isn't just a damsel in distress.

I love how Harry handled Skeeter, first by confunding her quick-quotes quill to make sure she wrote the truth about the champions then cutting her off at the knees by swearing magically that he didn't enter himself into the tournament or having anyone else do it. I liked the different approach to the blackmail idea too. Harry gave her a chance to be good and only threatened to ruin her when she messed with the reputations of his friends and classmates.

I LOVED seeing Ginny sending her own mother a howler in turn for the howler Molly sent Luna, effectively cutting at least the 4 of them out of her life if she doesn't sincerely apologize to Luna. I wish one of the kids had done that to Molly when she turned cold towards Hermione in canon 4th year after Skeeter's article on her supposed two-timing of Harry with Krum.

Speaking of Luna, I love any story that includes her in the narrative sooner than the canon did. She's one of my favorite characters and the more I can get of her, the better.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing where this story goes from here.

Harry didn't break the rules, he didn't tell anybody. Them figuring it out (without him even dropping hints on purpose!) is a clear loophole in the rules. Thandie should give Attie a serious smackdown for even thinking of doing a snip. Plus, how exactly would snipping Hermione help their champion fix the snarl in the first place? Yeah, he's really going to want to help the fates out when they kill his girlfriend in front of him.

Hermione's 'bad language' thing is not endearing, it's just annoying and judge-y. She's not anybody's mother and it really just comes off as prissy and controlling.

Ginny's howler was magnificent! The blackmail on Rita was also rather enjoyable.

Getting rid of a read-headed dead weight, well played.

Loved vengeful Harry putting Draco in his place. Mixed feelings about his oath, but you did put more into it than the horrible 'so mote in be' nonsense that happens in a lot of stories, and you linked it to the unbreakable vow that exists in canon, so that's a nice touch.

Woo hoo, Luna! Can never have too much Luna in a story.
