That intro with Vada and Jeff was cute. I love how you had that in the story. I liked it. That ending though. Ugh. I feel so bad for Hannah. It does make me wonder if having Vada in the story is going to change things for Hannah. Hmmm...we shall see. haha. Thanks for taking the time to write this! Kudos! :) Much love!

I thought this was very well done. I really enjoyed getting to see Vada meet Hannah and then end up in the same class. Nice! The "new girl" comment...poor thing, that's gonna be with her until the next new girl comes. Great work! Thank you for taking the time to write this! :) Many kudos!

Having girls fight over a boy might be ‘cliche’ but it’s also very realistic for high school girls and relationships so I definitely don’t think you should shy away too much. I’d much rather you ease into Vada/Jeff and have issues with Leah. Then to 1) totally delete leah from the story or 2) have Jeff instantly fall for Vada and drop Leah like nothing. That is not realistic.

“You’re not on the guest list, so I can’t reveal that information” Vada is so cute. Her dialogue really makes me chuckle. I especially love her banter with Jeff! You write his adorable, yet charming, personality so well.

“-since you look like an eight year old wearing your daddy’s clothes” I liked that line a lot too. Very fitting for Bryce lol.

I KNEW I RECOGNIZED THE NAME VADA WHEN WE WERE TALKING ABOUT IT. ‘My Girl’ is one of the best movies and I love love LOVE that you put that in there.

I was very pleased to see you didn’t completely remove the canon storyline of Jeff having a girlfriend. It’s so easy for OC writers to completely rewrite canon characters and storylines to fit their stories narrative. But, I have SO much more respect for those that intertwine their OC’s with the canon realities and somehow make it all work.

Vada is so adorable... her first interaction with Hannah was everything. Hannah deserves a sweet and true friend like her and I’m really looking forward to seeing their friendship develop. Only thing I would critique, and it’s not even a critique but more of a selfish want(lol), is that I wish your chapters were longer! However, I guess the pro to that is that you definitely leave me wanting more.
