Oh wow! Thats a big change. I wonder how things are going to diverge now that Lelouch reacted differently to Nunally, and now this major divergence happened. So much is set up to change and I am excited to see where it goes!

God this is amazing. These three chapters are already better than thousands of Code Geass stories on here. What a brilliant premise. This alternate plan to the Zero Requiem is genius and delivers in such a profound way. Its a shame that this hasn't been updated in over a year, but i hope that you'll come back and grace us with this great story. I've spent years reading Code Geass stories to try and satisfy that melancholic feeling that the ending left me with. And although I love the ending to the show, and the new Lelouch of the Ressurectuon movie, there still was a hole left by the story. For once, and in just three chapters, I feel a sense of completeness reading this. So, even if you don't update this ever again, I just want to thank you for putting this story out there and giving the fans something cathartic to read.

I love this stiry and your writing. Your pacing, dialouge, and characterizations are perfect. This has been so satisfying to read!

I don’t have any particular fondness for Kaguya but I do want her character explored more than it has in the stories I’ve come across thus far. So I’m glad you seem to track her in this.

It was good to read Suzaku off balanced again when Lelouch noted Kallen’s allegiance. I think he became sorta efficient robot at the end of the anime near requiem.

I did hate how quick Nunnally was to turn away from Lelouch. Honestly by that point I had become disappointed with the series only realising that it prioritised drama so heavily over everything else.

So Lelouch is still unhinged and C.C. is constantly observing? Interesting that she isn’t noted as a main character but if she’s mostly observing it makes sense.

If Nunnally being blind never considered that others would deceive her… That’s honestly such a level of stupid as to be inhuman.

So, I wonder if Schniezel has a geass now.

I don’t think Cornelia really cared if the Black Knights had been under geass in canon, I don’t ever remember her bringing up any other justification other than what happened to Euphemia so I don’t know if she ever believed Lelouch had geass’d the knights. If I’m remembering that correctly I saw that as Cornelia being intelligent enough to realise the BK couldn’t have been geass’d if they’d betrayed Lelouch but their stupidity aided her in her vengeance so didn’t care if they were fools. I think she held them in disdain.

Dude! Don’t just kill Cornelia! That’s another character I wanted explored more! Though what was her one last hope?
I wonder what Schniezel will tell Nunnally about Cornelia, will it be she was under Lelouch’s control and died in her attempt on his life? I dunno if Nunnally will believe that given her burgeoning doubts.

Thanks so much for writing, the last dozen or so stories I’ve come across really weren’t interesting. That said I hope you don’t go out of your way for excess drama.
