Okay, let's get something straight here. Even if you commission someone to write something for you, they still own the rights to it unless it is explicitly agreed to before hand that you have at least partial publishing rights (ergo you can post it wherever you want providing of course you give credit). If that is not the case, then you can't just go around posting it wherever you want without permission and the author is within his or her rights to ask you to remove it.

Furthermore, when you said "you know who you are" I assume you mean me, since I was the only one in the comments to ask about it, unless there were actually other people sending emails. Well, I didn't send him any emails. I left one comment on this story on hentai foundry and let him know that you were posting HIS work, and that I didn't know if you had permission from him or not. It was not a "this person stole your work", it was a heads up, nothing more. Whatever he decided to do or say after that has nothing to do with me.

Also, when I first made that comment here and post on his hentai foundry, there was nothing in the description from what I remember saying that YOU specifically paid for them to be written, just that they were commissioned. If there was, I would have assumed that there was some kind of partial publishing rights given and wouldn't have said a thing.

And finally, there is no way to even verify that you indeed commissioned the work since on his hentai foundry post it's listed as an anonymous commission. Am I just supposed to take you at your word? Maybe you did commission it. In fact, you probably did, but that still does not automatically give you the right to post it elsewhere unless explicitly agreed to during the commission or you've gotten permission before you post it.

If anything you can tell him not to post it since its your story and he's using it as free advertisement to get more people to comission his stuff.

If you gave this person money to wright you a story Then you bought this story. If you paid for the story and if they took your money then it is your story. And you can post it anyway
