I haven't read inheritance, but I think I good way for his power to be limited Is that it doesn't have a safety limit and he wont be immune to the cold, meaning if he isnt careful he could kill harm himself and others or straight up kill poeple.

Now this looks mighty interesting.
At the moment I am mostly curious about the power you are going to give Izuku, that will influence the story a lot.
Also, having Cauldron offline for a while is a nice idea. It allows you to focus on the BHA world for a while without constantly having to worry about a Cauldron plot - but when the time comes, it will be even more interesting because Izuku might be forced to go against his beliefs.
