okay love the story but is there gonna be another story cause i wanna see what happens to dr starline.

Dang, just when I thought things couldn't get any more intense along with several plot twists that caught me by surprise.

Even though Shade was injured she still was willing to fight back against her former leader along with Knuckles while at the same time showing just how well they work together as a team. The sequence with Knuckles drawing on the power of the Master Emerald to fight back against Imperator iX had my heart was pounding throughout the whole scene.

I quite liked the brief alliance Metal Sonic had with Gemerl and Team Rose before Synergy showed up before engaging in battle with Gemerl. The dialogue between Gemerl and Synergy is excellent especially with Gemerl's speech was enough to plant doubt in Synergy's mind.

Speaking of Synergy he had to find out the cold hard truth upon encountering Imperator Ix which is more than enough to allow him to feel guilty about his actions.

Overall, this had to be one of my favorite chapters because of the well written fight sequences and excellent character interactions. The ending with the rest of the Resistance confronting iX is intense. I'm excited to see what's going to happen in the final battle.

First of all, I owe you an apology for taking so long to leave a review on this story since I've been busy with online assignments for the GED. So I finally have a chance to sit down and read these chapters.

Ah, so things are beginning to heat up with G.U.N joining the battle at long last which is leading to some intense action packed scenes between the Resistance and the Nocturnus. It's also great seeing every member of the Resistance getting their own time to shine.

It's honestly satisfying knowing that Eggman and Staerline's attempted escape from jail didn't last long which is a nice payback considering what they did to Synergy.

Also, it's great seeing Gmerl rejoining the battle alongside Cream and the others which shows how strong their sibling-like relationship is.

That ending with Shade and Knuckles confronting Imperator Ix I'm eager to see how this showdown will play out over the course of the next chapter.

This is a great chapter as always my friend! Since with the stakes getting higher, I'm looking forward to catching up with the rest of this story. You did a great job with this chapter!

As for this story it was phenomenal! Especially the end here where Synergy does visit Cream's birthday party before leaving to see the world. The final battle was great as it showed just how close the Gizords have gotten with the heroes. I think you did a great job with everyone's personalities including G-merl. Thank you for this wonderful story!

My heart is so full of feels right now. The finale is here and what an emotional finale it turned out to be.

So after all this time having completed his sentence Synergy is free once more. His final interaction with Big shows just how far he's come in his development. The hug between them is heartwarming especially since Big was the first person Synergy's ever interacted with.

The scene with Tails being successful in rebooting Gmerl along with the following interaction with him and Cream with the latter helping him regain his memories is executed beautifully. Gmerl's and Cream's sibling bond is very well done. I was smiling with tears in my eyes throughout the whole scene.

It was at least nice for Synergy to make an appearance at Cream's birthday party to tell the Resistance about his plans to go see the rest of the world. It's brilliant that you ended the story on one last conversation between Gmerl and Synergy.

This is a very satisfying ending. It was an honor and a journey I was more than happy to take with you. I couldn't be anymore prouder of you then I tried. Thank you for the dedication, I'm humbled right now. Well, I hope you're staying safe and taking care of yourself. I'll see you next time for whichever chapter for your other stories.

WOW, the ending of this was so wonderfully emotional that I was just like smiling like an idiot as I sat there. This had been so fun to watch progress, and I'm so sad that this story is now over. It was an honor to read this story, and you make my day so much better every time read a chapter. I'm saying goodbye to this very sadly, but I'm happy, because in the end, we got a good, happy ending. I'm glad that Synergy had changed again, this time for the permanent better, and is now going to see the rest of the world. I wish him the absolute best and congratulate you for creating him.
Kudos to Infinite's Ruby, you two work so well together and have made a perfect masterpiece. I really did bring me back to the older Sonic games and I appreciate that. You improved the personality of many characters that Sega had made a wreck, so great job about that. I was happy to see minor characters in the spotlight, especially G-merl, Cream and the Hooligans. I do think that you really nailed Shade's character in this fanfiction, so well done on that. Seeing that G-merl was alive but not remembering anything for a bit actually made me really sad. The finale is here, and it's been a journey after you and Ruby cranked through the last 10 chapters that fast. I'm proud to support you and this story from start to finish. Since you brought up the idea back in 2018, I was interested from the get-go. At least I'm glad to contribute by giving you a title for this work.

Tails was actually able to rebuild G-merl from the old biodata chip, and I was a little heartbroken that he felt like he failed to get him back to the way he was. But it was Cream who seemed to trigger his past memories and remember all of his friends. G-merl has been revived! Yeah, baby!

Not only that, Synergy is finished with his time in custody, and I'm glad he's not out and about for evil purposes. It was kind to see him at Cream's party and rejoiced with the team for a short while. But his future is unforeseen at the moment. Maybe someday he'll truly reunite with G-merl and the whole gang so that he can be loved as a friend and a family member. Lastly, having points of view from both Gizoids was a finishing touch to this story, and I love hearing from both sides.

Congrats on completing a major project of yours, SpiderDom! Both you and Ruby did a fantastic job on this. Not a lot of errors, consistent plot points, great characterization, epic battles, heartwarming moments (including Sonic & Tails' convo as well as Cream, G-merl and Synergy), and a satisfying ending. This was a great ending! So glad G-merl came back, but I was slightly worried with the whole amnesia thing. And Synergy's going around the world to see the rest of it. Can't wait for him to come home!

The anger flowing through me at Fanfiction not bringing my comments through is huge.
This chapter was very bittersweet, with the recent loss of G-merl and all the goodbyes, but at the same time it's a new start and I'm happy about it.
Also, Tangle and Whisper are so adorable, omg I loved that moment SOOOO much.
I'm glad that Eggman is still in jail and Starline quit. He is cool, but I can believe the fact that he isn't fit for villainy. I am so sad that this story is ending, it's so good and I love it so much, you are such an incredible writer. I await the last chapter with sad, bated breath.

AHHHHH I DON'T WANT THIS STORY TO ENNNND
It's so beautiful. The scenes of Resistance friends relaxing and having a good time together was so pure and perfect, I actually started crying. Tangled and Whisper's scene was wonderful, and I enjoy the idea of a Whisper/Tangle spin-off, if anyone could pull it off, it''s you.
I love Amy's reaction to Knuckles saying the Resistance is her's. It was perfect.
I am sad that this will end soon, but I just want to say that it's been a wonderful experience. Seeing Starline realize he wasn't cut out to be a villain was a good addition, I want to say.

this was really good! your writing has improved so much! the battle scene was well written and i loved the banter between the characters; you definitely got them down really well. the tone of the writing feels formal at times, which is a bit out of place for an adventure story, but it’s fine. it’s not my style of story to read though, but that’s just personal preference lol nothing wrong with the story.

This celebration felt somewhat bittersweet knowing that the Resistance members are taking off after all the hard work they've put in to keep the world from falling under Eggman, Starline, or Imperator's hands. But it's a lot more bittersweet knowing that G-merl isn't there with them. Still, Sonic's journey to revisit his friends was a nice idea to see how they were faring before they truly went their separate ways.

And the ending there? Here I thought Cream would take things slow to move on from G-merl's loss. But maybe a miracle will spark from her discovery. It'll be also interesting to see what Tails has in mind now that they found out about Emerl's biodata chip.

Pretty chill and relaxing chapter for the most part. And thank heavens Eggman is still stuck in prison. I think it's safe to say he'll be all alone aside from Orbot and Cubot. :P

Anyway, I'll see for the finale, man!

Holy hell. This was a truly tough battle between the Resistance and Ix when the echidna was going for an all-out massacre. While most of the heroes prevailed, it was G-merl who took over the spotlight for not only his role, but also for his sacrifice. It was upsetting to know that he took his life away to keep his friends safe and alive. Even Synergy was astonished at his motives. Now, it seems like the Gizoid will have to move on after his friend gave him the opportunity to be part of a family.

This chapter was two thumbs up. If I had a third, I would gladly add it to my rating. This was one hell of a journey, and the aftermath awaits us. I honestly wondered why the chapter was titled this until I realized that it's one of the songs from Unleashed. So yeah, silly me for not realizing it considering I never played that game.

Anyway, fantastic work here, dude. I'll get started on the penultimate chapter soon.

Man, there was so much action and twists in the final part here! Shade and Knuckles' battle against Ix was one for the ages. While the former echidna was badly hurt, she still persevered to give Knuckles a chance to use the Master Emerald and take Angel Island out of Nocturne's possession.

Metal Sonic's minor alliance with G-merl's team was interesting as Synergy faced them. Of course, he got what he desired before the Resistance managed to stop him. But going back to Synergy, G-merl's speech was quite the turnaround for the other Gizoid to carefully think about the current situation. G-merl went through similar circumstances yet he's with Cream, Sonic, and a bunch of people who respect him. The same could've been said for Synergy until Eggman had to be himself and f*** up everything. And sadly, Ix told Synergy the cold truth. That seemed to be the new trigger to bring him out of his evil funk.

Lastly, G-merl made a risky move, similar to Sonic's situation at the end of Colors. He decided to take on this issue alone by leaving his friends behind. But it looks like he's not alone! We already had one major fight involving Imperator Ix; time for another coming up!

Welp, Eggman and Starline's breakout from prison didn't last a full chapter. But it serves them right for ruining Synergy. Meanwhile, it was relieving to see G.U.N. to actually work with the Resistance as they're fighting against the clan.

The best part was when G-merl and his friends rejoined the team. They'll have to do whatever it takes to turn the tide. And with Shade and Knuckles confronting Imperator Ix, I know this is gonna be one hell of a showdown.
