It's understandable for Ricky to snap like that especially towards Brax's comment, as it's quite hard for her to come to terms with this new part of her life. Glad you showed how tough it was for the rehab to be done on her leg.

It's going to be a tough road for Ricky I think and hopefully she won't push away people who are trying to help her, like brax. One thing I picked up on which I guess I missed, sorry, was Ricky's Mum's name. In the first chapter is Clare and in the second is Julia. Sorry about that.

I like this re-written version and think you picked a good title for it. Glad Brax was there for her and she managed to escape the jaws of the shark with only a leg bite. Look forward to seeing how this new version unfolds and how Ricky will cope.
