What an ending. Have read this multiple times, and you really did a wonderful job wrapping the story up in this chapter. Bonnie finally giving in, and acting on her feeling for Kol was great, but also recognising that she needed to get away and find purpose again was the right choice. Of course I was glad that after that they reunited! All in all great story! Thank you!

Thank you so much for writing my OTP. I needed this Kennett fic.

This chapter had me in my feelings. Mainly because it had a finality to it and I don't think I was quite ready to let go. First, Kol and Bonnie under your pen are just really quite compelling. This chapter felt like an earned, built up over time attachment that more than paid off. Wasn't as much a fan of the other Mikaelsons in this. And also felt like something more permanent happening to Damon (and potentially Stefan) for being positively vile would have been enjoyable.

Also, not sure if I mentioned this in your other stories but you make a strong case for Katherine and Bonnie as friends. There is something about what they have in common and also differences in personality that make them compelling to read. I suppose you could say the same thing about Kol and Bonnie. Also loved Bonnie meeting Esther. That was a well done too. Sad to see this go but I'll just have to comfort myself with CHAOS and Timeless for the time being. Nice job with this story. It's pretty phenom. Sad to see it end.

Kat and Kol's banter is cute.
Mikeal is ruthless and Bonnie should be careful while at the castle. Kol trying to be slick, practically proposing lmao. I think the prison break is the best thing that happened to Bonnie, good to see her hanging out with a real friend.
That was one hell of a reunion scene.
it was a great read from start to finish.
