No complaints. Of course I’d love to read more of these characters, and I have enjoyed this story immensely, but yeah... good place to end it.

Frankly, with Shadow Weaver dead and the princess alliance formed with the addition of Catra on the good guy’s side, the horde’s time is ending. The threat is gone, it’s only a matter of wrapping things up.

So yeah. Good place to end it.

Catra is totally right about Adora losing her fighting edge as She-Ra. In the canon, Catra routinely kicks She-Ra’s ass while being pretty evenly matched with Adora without her powers. Catra’s agility IS a very strong trump card, but not enough to explain how poorly She-Ra fairs against her.

Seriously though, Catra is an absolutely amazing hand to hand fighter, easily the most agile and skilled character in the show, so much so that she can routinely beat any other character one on one save those with powerful area effect attacks, or ways to catch her off guard.

In contrast She-Ra tends to lead with her chin, and only does really well when she’s fighting stuff that can’t fight back easily against a human sized opponent... like a tank.

Five chapters in. Enjoying it so far. Honestly, Catra is pretty much the only member of the Horde aside from Shadow Weaver that is any kind of real threat... with her joining forces with the Princess Alliance, this story will end much quicker than the canon series... with the Horde defeated long before anyone finishes any portals...

What a ride! You are a gem for writing this. It was truly a perfect 'what if' for the She-ra universe, and you pulled it off marvellously.

Perfect! This is absolutely the way to get Catra to join Adora. The reason they split up in the first place is due to Catra's issues leading her to misinterpret Adora defecting the Horde for moral reasons as a personal betrayal.

This entire misunderstanding could have been taken care of before it escalated if they had just had a chance to talk. Exactly like they just did in this chapter!

A well done chapter. A nice wrap up to the story. The small moments here and there were endearing to read from how Adora was worried about Glimmer and did her best to take care of her to Adora and Catra interacting with one another with loving moments from small kisses to the occasional off screen intimacy. Quite interesting to read how there will be defenses around the castle with Bow and Entrapta looking into how to create those defenses with the First One technology. Couldn't help but feel how adorable it was to read Adora and Catra together when it came to kissing one another or supporting the other when needed. This was a wonderful story to read and it was greatly appreciated when you wrote and shared this. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
