About expanding your fandoms ... have you heard of RWBY? I believe Ruby and Weiss have a similar dynamic to Neptune and Noire, so it would be easier to work with them.
Another fandom of yuri in my mind (or not, hahaha ...) would be the Honkai Impact and Azur Lane, Korean game.
Although Honkai's impact has manga in English, I think it would be difficult to understand the plot. Azur Lane is showing signs of yuri in the anime and others, but I don't think it's enough to work on ... there are other yuri and other types of fandoms, but those 3 are on my mind lately.
Another thing, I realize that you don't read a lot of NepNowa fanfic, not that it's a problem, but there are some fanfics that make you understand Neptunia more, so I would recommend reading just so you have more diversity in personalities, I feel it's all very formal and ends up losing the personality of some characters.

Very good, this whole deal about a device that mind controls monsters makes me think, what if Euri's power in her HDD form makes her be able to mind control monsters? Similar to taming mobs in a JRPG they all obey her orders without hesitation while entranced. But then one day she accidentally discovers her power also works on CPUs, that could be the start of a new story, it'd be neat and really fun.
