I really like this story. I thought your original bits were really fun and even though they went along with JK’s storythey fit really well. That being said, it would be great if in the future you could distinguish between JK and stuff and yours. Maybe by having either your original content or JK’s content and bold or italics? Or putting a little marker at the beginning and the end of JK’s stuff? It’s not that I object to you putting JK’s stuff in there. I get that sometimes JK just says stuff better than you can think to change it or you don’t really want to change her original content much, you just want to add stuff in there. It’s that I’ve already read her stuff a lot and I would really like to be able to just skim through it since I already know all of it and get to your story faster. Overall I really enjoyed your work. Thank you for writing this.

Good start for a snake mentors Harry story, but at least this year was very close to cannon. I would be interested to see you veer further away from the cannon story year 2. Horcrux diary and basilisk make sense but should play out differently if Harry trusts Snape and shares with him more.

Ok, so the grammar isn’t perfect and it follows fairly close to the original story but I love reading it! Please keep writing this!
