The choice never made any sense in the anime I mean Shizuoka was the one driving and they were the ones that decided to save their asses. So if anything they should be the ones leaving.

I . . . okay, I definitely laughed at the attention paid to all the girls' breast sizes. If nothing else, it gives you the same exact feeling Highschool of the Dead did in that regard and that's pretty awesome. I'll also say that I like the choice in weapons so far (even if the idea of Jaune just being complete shit with a sword and shield, so he turns to firearms only to discover he's a crackshot is incredibly appealing), especially with characters like Coco and Neptune.

Curious to see how this story turns out. And just out of curiosity, do you have a full list for Jaune's harem in this? I'm kind of curious if Ruby and Yang (despite her current relationship with Sun) will wind up with him too and am somewhat eager to see what the harem looks like, finalized.

Actually, a better question is WHY you'd click on an Arkos-harem story, when you hate the Arkos pairing in the first place.

This story is clearly TAGGED as one. *Points at the character relationship section* (Jaune, Shizuka, Pyrrha and Rika.)

That kinda renders your complaint null and void as just another flamer who's just not worth it.

As the more sensible thing to do, if you don't like a pairing is to avoid such stories. (To each their own after all.)

Flames only being justified if there's a case of blatant false advertising.

You entering a story for Yang/Blake, but end up with a Blake/Cardin Slave/Master relationship, because the author thinks it's an OTP for instance.

I've had that happen over in the HP section back in... 2002, 2003 maybe?

Was looking for either a Harry/Susan or a Harry/Tracy story, yet I ended up with a Harry/Draco hardcore Yaoi with a top Draco and bottom Harry, because that was the author's OTP, regardless of the story having been tagged as a standard M/F romantic pairing. (Like I said, it was either Susan or Tracy, don't quite recall which one it was.)

I don't do Yaoi stories, not my cup of tea. So to suddenly end up with a scene of Draco buggering Harry.. Well..

Being incensed was more than justified, as the author was luring in readers under false pretenses just to spread the "gospel" of their OTP and they defended their actions as such in an A/N at the bottom of the chapter.

Not the case with the author here, as you get what he's tagged it as. Although, additions to Jaune's grouping aren't impossible, due to the 4 person limit in the FFN character relationship tags, kinda being a limiter on how well you can inform your readership on who's going to end up with who.

Unlike say AO3, which has a bit more flexible setup in that regard. *shrugs*

"Horse of the Dead" being a good example of the limits of the system, as Ranma ends up with Saeko, Saya, Yuuki (oramgette who in canon joins Shidou's group) and Kasumi Tendou, while Shizuka and Rika fully intend to use him for stud services.

Takashi is with Rei and Kyouko (female teacher who in canon gets killed) while Kohta has his police girl (who didn't die here either).

So yeah, going to an Arkos story to complain about the Arkos is a somewhat idiotic move really. All you're doing is showcasing that you're annoying and make it more likely that the author will turn off the ability for us non-account folks to respond.

Which in turn causes the rest of us to hold you in derision as the (insert multitude of swears) individual who's caused our ability to respond to be taken away, just because you're too self-centered to consider the consequences of your actions.

So would you kindly knock it off with such behaviour.

Also kinda rooting for Saeko to join Jaune's grouping. Although, I would recommend not going overboard with the chest sizes.

Yang is a high D, borderline Double D and not a G for instance same with Pyrrha.

And Saeko is actually bigger than the both of them, when you compare screenshots from the two shows.

Then again, the artist behind HotD did get his start in the Ero-Doujinshi business, so that's somewhat understandable.

Oh and lest I forget, you may want to get yourself a Beta. Just so the story ends up with the proper level of spit and polish.
