I'm shocked that this story wasn't on my favorites list. Nor reviewed. I thought I had done both! Ugh! So allow me to rectify that.

This is my second time reading this and I'm in love with this story all over again! This was an amazing story idea that was completely adorable and made me wish that this had happened in the Mayura finale, or even after Style Queen, just so that we got rid of Hawkmoth as a villain and moved on to a new villain to challenge our favorite duo. As much as I loved Hawkmoth as a villain, it was getting really repetitive and really boring really quick. And in many of the episodes it was like he wasn't even TRYING. And he NEVER wins. It's really boring. It wasn't really until season 2 that the stakes started getting higher.

It broke my heart to see Gabriel go back to being Hawkmoth and even more so when we see Nathalie's broken heart. I don't normally ship Gathalie, but when I do, it's after Style Queen. I never thought about them as a couple until that episode, and now I'll never want to leave this ship now that I'm on it! XD

I really love how Nooroo slowly but surely convinces him to stop his quest to restore his wife and also ends up convincing him to give up the peacock miraculous AND his butterfly miraculous as well. You know, if Gabriel wasn't so eager to use it for evil purposes, I'm sure he and Nooroo would've been close friends like Adrien/Plagg and Marinette/Tikki.

You've done an excellent job with the characters and made them in-character and were accurately depicted. Well done! It makes sense for Nathalie to be wary of Gabriel's declaration of turning over a new leaf and demands that he prove it to her before she can trust him with her heart again. And Gabriel's chivalry at giving her distance and does as she requested to prove it. I just loved the interactions with them in general. It was so beautiful and precious!

I also enjoyed seeing Gabriel and Adrien getting closer together once again as well as he and Nathalie. And I also loved the lessons about how to woo the right way. I was actually taking notes. lol XD

I loved the slow transition as Gabriel and Nathalie end up in a relationship and into marriage. Now we just need a baby in a baby carriage. lol XD

I LOVED the ending where we get to see the epitome, the cherry of his transformation and reformation when he tells Master Fu that he doesn't regret giving up the miraculous in the slightest. I was actually half-expecting Master Fu to offer it back to Gabriel, either as a test or to convince him to fight for good. But I'm glad it ended the way it did.

Again, you did an AMAZING job with this story and I LOVE these two with a PASSION! Keep up the great work and well done! Thanks for writing this and for sharing this with us. Can't wait to read more Gathalie fanfics!

This is EXACTLY the type of story I’ve been looking for since Style Queen! I love seeing more to Nathalie and more about Gabriel earning back her trust. And I love how you’ve written Gabriel as a more attentive parent to Adrien too.
And I know it’s been a while, but this story is absolutely fantastic—I would love to read more of this. I look forward to going through your many other stories!

Has anyone else seen stormy weather 2? I feel like this story's now canon, how did u predict what was going to happen? This is a really good story, plz continue!
