I adore this story and it's just the first chapter! You took the soulmate concept and bloody ran with it while turning it into something wholly your own. I could definitely fit many more compliments about the story structure, pace within the chapter etc, in this review but I felt the whole making a known concept sonething original speaks well of your talent as an author. Hope to see more of this treasure!

I've officially read all three of the sister stories for this the other night and didn't quite grasp in my (still awake enough to read but not tired enough to fall asleep and darn it I'm going to finish this!) state that there was a certain order I should have done it. I definitely read them backwards. I'm fine with that.

Starting off, each one is so unique to its own that I didn't quite get that there was an order of succession. Skimming over them again made me realize that it also wasn't necessary for me to worry about that as a reader. The way they are set up definitely accounts for them being their own singular tale.

You've definitely dropped the subtle hints and similarities to the stories in that there is an intertwined fate, or draw of some sort, between the two main protagonists. This set up kind of reminds me of "Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles" and "xxxHolic" stories' concept. But they haven't shown any signs of crossover yet like those particular stories do.

For this one in particular, I was so engrossed by the build up of their dreamy relationship to Lucy going to the school, that I was crushed when it abruptly ended. The feeling you created for me as I read this was like the rise of a tidal wave that suddenly crashed hard after the peak of her walking up to the doors and making the connection and realizations that she did.

This was one of those stories that easily could have been rounded off into a one-shot with the ending of a couple more sentences for a nice clean-up and I could have been content. But given how it did end, I quickly recognized a multi-chapter and hit the follow button so fast and went nuts since. I'm so very happy it isn't a one-shot so I can get that full satisfaction that a well rounded story provides. I'm positively itching for the next installment! Thanks for sharing!

Ahh little Lucy is just too cute for words. I loved your concise descriptions of her life before and after her mom’s passing. It’s a great way to setup Lucy’s character and explains how she makes her decisions later in life. I am excited to see what happens in this story next. Since I also read Helix and Departure, I am intrigued by what you are setting up in between them. So, I hope that we can find soon find out how things will fall into place. Thank you for your work.

Lucy's point of view feels like im in a fantasy world and just how things are described that makes me just love this chapter. I truly cant wait to read future updates, but the other parallel stories.
