A nice little one shot story with my and others favorite (sadly) non-canon couple with a family. Can see why they give up being Jedi with the whole code and hardships endured. Still be interesting to see some version of their AU children develop Jedi powers and fight a different evil, maybe a different version of Thawn or something. At least the Galaxy will be in peace for a longer period of time.

I have zero knowledge about star wars, so I'm afraid I can't comment on the content itself. However, there are quite a few lines missing punctuation, whether it be dialogue or narrative.

I'm curious about your choice as to why some lines have the punctuation outside the dialogue. I'm not a master of English so I don't know if this is a special rule, but I've been taught that punctuation goes inside dialogue.

I'd be interested to hear what your reasoning behind your stylistic choices are if you don't mind taking the time to indulge my curiosity lol.

All in all I'm in the same boat as you. Mostly oneshots to start off or little vignettes. Looking forward to learning and improving writing alongside another fellow author!
