| Op-fan98 chapter 8 . 4/10/2019 Gosh! This last scene was so strong! I almost teared up because Alex felt something (anger) in the full for the first time in a while and they took it away from him. His condition makes it all seem hopeless and I'm really interested to see where you're taking this. It just seems so hopeless because the facility is under-equipped and clearly the wrong choice for a recovering abused, traumatised and drug-using child, the reader feels almost as trapped as Alex. This is a job well done, by the way, congrats! |

I love the fact Yassen wants to fight against the need to protect Alex but his mind/soul won't let him, including while he fights. Nice to see that Yassen is back at the top of the game. He is really the best, wow. It will be difficult for both of them but Alex couldn't choose a best partner for his escape. I absolutely love their duo! Have a good day, Guepard54 |
