| Theaisa chapter 32 . 4/17 I just read this story in one sitting, staying up until 4 am and being late for work (haha :)). It's very, very good! Can't believe I didn't find this before. I adore your Hermione.. a genius, of coruse, but also brave and determined, standing up to Voldemort - perhaps foolheartedly, but there is no doubt in my mind that it intrigues Voldemort and keeps her alive in his thoughts. By chapter 30, I started getting worried.. this story is Tom x Hermione right?.. but the epilogue is beautifully done. Yes, Hermione is still a 'morally superior gryffindor', but there's no doubt she'll eventually have to compromise her morals (hasn't she already?).. as it seems all Magi have to. Her attraction and intrigue with the Tom is excellently done, his intelligence and power drawing her in like a moth to a flame. The mark of a good author is when the characters come alive, and I can easily imagine how these two's lives will pan out :) I'm sure Hermione-the-Immortal will become his equal and eventually find a way to stop him.. but by then, would she want to? Thank you so much for writing this! |
