I've just started and from what I read, if Legend of Zelda wasn't a game ip and this was an original story then I would say get this story published because your story telling and how it's written is so well done I begane thinking that your a writer, if you aren't I will and can say that you very talented and I can't wait to read more.

Over the river and through the jungle to the spring of courage we go. . . .I was pleasantly surprised by Link's thought process this chapter. I don't think I've ever seen him think so warmly towards Zelda, perhaps he's starting to realize he has feelings for her.

In all seriousness, I am glad to see this story return. It's such a good take on the memories and well written. I loved reading from Link's perspective again. It's such a cool idea to keep most of the story out of the hero's head (and reflects well in how he's portrayed in the games) and it's really well done. (also I love how the Zelink is written. It's there, but not shoved down everyone's throats and I just love it). Hat off to you.

I am so honestly taken by this story. You've weaved a very competent and deep narrative with enjoyable characters and a brilliant weave of themes. Everyone is remarkable, and Link, given his impetus for silence, is still the hero we all want him to be. Honestly even though at this point the story's 180k words it felt like merely 20k, simply because I wanted so much more.

I honestly am hungry to read more. Great work!
