It is nice to see some combat with someone a little less capable, still though it’s always a joy to see Jason come in like a ninja mutant and just kill everyone:P
Loved the chapter honestly you ignited my love for fallout again, just replaying 3 and am loving life again.
I always play as Jason you know Duster red bandanna the works, before your story I was a power armor guy who went in guns blazing now I always go stealth and precision:)

im sure this is a good story... but please continue with Prodigal Son or at least put an update saying whether or not you have abandoned it or just going on a huge hiatus. if u are going on a hiatus...give an estimate on how long. thanks

I loved this so much because of how much I hated it. That propaganda made my blood boil just as it should have after reading through the entire series up to this point. Beautifully written. Not to mention how you made exposition actually enjoyable to read instead of just annoying filler. You’re truly one of the best authors on this site.

I was not expecting Jessica to just waltz in without a plan at all! I honestly thought she intended to use her pip-boy to check for bots, or just reconnaissance for entry points. She just walked in with a rinky dink peashooter. Also, wouldnt the gunfire attract more raiders/worried Legion soldiers? I guess they could also dig in and actually plan for the invading legion instead of acting stupidly.

As for vulnerable characters, caught by surprise and overwhelming force are both x-factors. Even Jason is only one guy. If he's in a party of six facing forty men, he'll guaranteed to kill the army, but can he save his six friends? That's where combat planning comes in. The hero needs to have some stakes in the fight - whether his own life or his friends', or some plot macguffin.
