I like the story, it is very good. But I kind of dislike it when Conan reveals those things about Curaçao at school so calmly, it seems a bit unreal to me.

Such a cliffhanger, but it’s been a while since it’s been updated. Hope it’s not abandoned because it’s an amazing story.

Nice fic, but I wished it was Furuya (Bourbon) who pretends to be Rena's husband. That would be more in-character for him to do, though done in a more calm/collective manner.

Is Genta taking Kid’s car to the inspector’s house? Can totally see him screwing up and ramming the thing through the dude’s house instead. Him and his daughter would need a new place to stay, Conan might know someone who can hook them up (Agasa or the FBI), but the point is is that it’s by Conan, allowing Kid to visit as his civilian self. Maybe unknowingly show his childhood crush a more gentle and caring side to him as he helps take care of Conan, who likely sustained more injuries during everything.

It’s been so long!

Gin and Kir might want to call for back up now. Pretty sure their boss wouldn’t want anything to happen to his heir, so I imagine he’s going to try to get his best agents to make sure nothing happens to him, but What would happen if they’re too late?

Bruh you can’t just leave us hanging like that, it hurts! On the edge of your seat kind of cliffhangers are good especially when done like this. Keep up the good work.

How upset would Kid be if he lost that car, one of the few things he has left of his dad? How upset would he be if he nearly lost his little brother in the same incident? Would the others take him under him under their wings as well? Fully accept him into their make shift family?

My headcanon scene:

“Of course, I love you, Otou-san. You’re fourth place in my heart.”
Yusaku’s smile twitched. “Fourth?”
Conan looked at him in challenge. “You think you can fight Okaa-san, Kaa-san, or Haha?”

Hi. A nice example of a well written story. But how does Genta even reach the pedals... Or get the key? My mind currently pictures him in quite an uncomfortable pose ;)
