This quite the fascinating premise. I've never seen or thought of having Blake being born much later so their relationship is more mother/daughter than teammates.

The changes to the timeline are interesting, I hope future chapters bring more expansion and clarifications.

Ozpin exists here, does Salem/Cinder and Co.? Maidens? Beacon seems to still be around so did Cinder not attack yet?
Taiyang, Qrow and Raven are hinted and mentioned, Did/does Summer/Ruby exist here? What about Weiss?
The Great War happened like 80 years previous to canon, has it been moved to 14 years ago? A 2nd Great War?
The only problem that really gets at me is how Yang keeps disrespecting Kali (over her own daughter!) and she just takes it. Really rubs me the wrong way.
Yang/Kali is a favorite pairing of mine, keep it up!
