So Boruto is Hinata's son too, so I think he takes some qualities from her like being more 'shy' about love in general. That's why I find Boruto PoV tricky to write myself. I always want to balance the 'dense' aspect of his character.

Naruto and Sarada PoV are so in-character that's crazy! Did I mention I loved how in-character you write both of them? Either way, I enjoy reading how you see those BoruSara moments through canon characters PoV! Sorry for the mess. It's just me being a klutz and clicking the posting button before finishing writing my review.

I know it's hard to write the fanfic based on the canon events in the anime/manga, but I wouldn't mind longer chapters. I'm confused about the chronological order of the story too. Didn't Eternal Carp event happen during the academy days? And Sarada thinking how cool Boruto is was after the chunin exam? Unless the story is supposed to have a short chapter format and the order of events doesn't matter. Just wanted to point it out due to my confusion.

Boruto falls for me between dense, but not completely. He's in-between. I
think he would realise Sarada has feelings for him faster than Naruto. Because he's on this line of understanding his personal feelings better than his father too. Boruto is Hina

Funny how the confession came rolling out at the end.

I have to wonder if that comment at the end was a question to the reading audience or an allusion to the future of your story.

Is Sasuke a good man? you ask. I imagine he can be quite scary to one young Boruto if he doesn't treat his daughter right. ;) Thanks for sharing!

What a nice way to blend two story lines. It will be funny if Boruto is as dense about feelings of another girl as Naruto was and if Sarada is that girl. Oh boy, does he have a lot of things to work through, including one scary Uchiha Sasuke!
