The duo should tell Nezu hell no they WONT 'reconsider' no matter how many times he says the word or how scary and intimidating he tries to be while saying it. Unless there is a LAW that says they MUST go to UA and MUST learn how to be 'heroes' whether they want to or not, they are not obligated to go if they don't want to. Besides from the first episode of the series, whether they have quirks or not, they have OTHER school options BESIDES UA that quirk powered kids go to instead.
