So, I should probably get into a more detailed version of your power scaling, Zeno is 20, the grandpriest is 18, The angels are all 15 and the God's of Destruction are 10. Now my version is something like this, each number is a dimensions, if you are a 10 that doesn't mean you can beat a GoD it only means you can fight on par with them, even if it's only for a few minutes. Goku (no UI) would be 8, Toppo would be 8, Vegeta 8, Hit 8, Jiren 10(full power). Being the same number means you have a fighting chance and there is no real list of what GoD is strongest.

Love the story, but your power scaling is for the lack of better words, terrible. SSB Kaiokenx20 Goku isn't as strong as Beerus and you just threw in that Towa thing without a thought, terrible idea.
