I’m rereading this fic and I forgot how much I loved it! Your version of Bucky is a bit different than most and it’s interesting. I would be really interested in more Clint stories too if you’re up for it.

After reading this chapter, I totally agree with you about Steve not letting Bucky kill Karpov. Hes trying to get his friend back, or as close as he can, and even though Bucky wad a sniper, There is a difference between killing someone in the heat of battle and squeezing the life out of them once they are helpless. I think that you and therefore Steve made the right call with that scene. And I was totally picturing that exact same scene from Game of Thrones!

I've been reading and am thoroughly enjoying your story. I have left reviews on every chapter, but if I had they ask would have been positive. I really like Bucky and Clint's friendship. It reminds me of how they are in the comics. Keep up the good work!

Oh wowwill be sad to let go of this story! I have loved Bucky and Clint getting close (two of my fav characters) and bringing this round to a new beginning. Would love to have seen your take on Bucky meeting Hulk and how that would have worked out.

On a more lighthearted note, if you wanna write a lighthearted fic about Clint becoming Peter’s substitute teacher, go for it. You’ll have at least one reader :)

I’m really glad that Bucky want the one that killed Karpov. And his death was so simple, in a way.
Tony and Bucky seem to make a really good team. I like it. I also love how much the dynamic between Bucky and Steve is returning, eg their ability to communicate without words. And I’m gonna be honest, you had me at that bit where he’s considered letting the Winter Soldier out.
And don’t worry about this chapter/book being a mess, it’s a really good mess. :)
