Really interesting story.
It’s terms of their reactions to the ‘incident’, I understood Blake’s but thought Jaune’s was very extreme but I guess people just react in different ways to different things. But from how he reacted I don’t think he would, in this instance, be able to complete the huntsmen training.

I hope that doesn’t sound too harsh but i think to be a huntsmen you are gonna really have to be used to seeing the worst of the world.

Blake in this got of to easily, I mean she used and manipulated Jaune than raped him, but apparently it's OK, because she feels guilty at the end and she cried.

Look Blake is one of my fave character in RWBY that includes Jaune, but the Blake in this came of as a heartless manipulative bitch that got away with her crimes and everything she did to Jaune, that makes Cinder in RWBY look like a saint in comparison.

Well then... that was a... well, I can't quite call it a ride when it was all pretty much a single, giant drop once the cart got to the highest point, did it? I really like your writing style and how you got in Jaune and Blake's minds so well, it made for very believable situations and decisions.

You handled the theme carefully, and I'm glad you gave it the respect it deserves, though I will admit I, in a weird lawbringer mood, felt cheated that we didn't get to see everybody's reaction to Blake and Jaune's story.

Anyways, this story was... well, not a joy to read, but an experience. I think I'll be thinking for a while on this one. Keep making great content!

I don't believe csad21, I really think Jaune and Blake could make a wonderful couple if given the chance, this just didn't show the best side of knightshade, I mean they didn't even get to know each other until the end and by than it was to late also the ending did kinda hint at Blake developing actual feelings for Jaune which does go to show Jaune and Blake could work if they got to know each other first.

For what it's worth, I think you succeeded in writing an in-character Blake. I'm not sure Juane would be quite so fearful following trauma- he actually became more dedicated after Pyrrha's death after all- but sexual assault is a far more intimate violation than the death of a friend, one that preys on his deepest insecurities- so I could see your Juane as being in character as well.

The ending does sort of feel incomplete- though the power dynamic has flipped, their relationship is far from a healthy one. It feels like a good prologue to a story about the road to healing, though I get the feeling you more so wanted to write about how things got that bad in the first place.

Overall, I'd say this is a solid piece of writing with an interesting exploration of Blake and Juane's characters. While it does feel unresolved, it also is clear that resolution wasn't meant to be the main focus, and that's okay. You did a good job.

I loved Pyrrha in this chapter. Such a good friend, and utterly terrifying when that friendship is turned into a sword hanging over your neck.

I like the story but the ending was terrible. I could realistically see Jaune eventually forgiving her for her attempted rape, however you severely rushed things at the end. Not to mention even though I think Jaune would have forgiven her they wouldn't have been on speaking terms for months, for God's shake he was trembling in her presence despite the fact that there was nothing she could do with Pyrrha so close and willing to respond.

I think it's realistic that neither would go to the dance and that team RWBY would help Blake with the White Fang. However the library study session wouldn't have went the way it was portrayed. *Even If It Somehow Managed To Happen*. For starters Jaune wouldn't be over that, that quickly and even with Pyrrha not there (Which keep in mind Pyrrha, even if she was sick would never let Blake be near him again without her nearby) Ruby was still privy to more information than the others and wouldn't have let them be alone for both of there sakes. As well as it is a disservice to the intelligence of their friend group that they would misinterpret the signs of a traumatized attempted rape victim for that of a school yard crush.

I'm sorry for the rambling, I did enjoy the story it's just... I'm very passionate when it comes to discussing the topic of rape. I personally view it as the worst crime a person could commit.

I would have wanted see how it would have played out if team rwy and team prn knew what Blake did to jaune.

Realistic portrayal of the after-effects of an attempted rape. Although, the pacing after that sped up real quick. Rape isn't something that could take a single conversation to get over within fact, considering what Blake did, Jaune should've been less forgiving...if he could forgive Blake at all.

Still, good story. I like what you're trying to show here.

An aside however, I think the fact that it happened so quickly suggests Jaune has Stockholm Syndrome. It's also a realistic explanation, since he barely had any self-esteem before the whole shebang with Blake happened.

When I came here, I was thinking it will be tragic or something. But all those reviews about how good the story is made me reconsider and damn I am happy I reconsidered. This was nice though I will say this to you a rape attempt on a male is less effecting than one on a female because female know how a rape can affect their life they remain cautious and when despite all their efforts at being cautious they are raped they break down. However for males sex doesn't play much role for them its just ejaculation no responsibility of getting pregnant or anything so, it does not affect males much except a little bit of psychological trauma of being overpowered by someone. We males relish in our power and to be overpowered by someone else is not a good feeling. So I still say Blake does have a chance with jaune.
So I would like an epilogue of jaune being with both pyrrha and Blake. Cause I ship it I love the idea of jaune having a harem of Blake and pyrrha.

I admittedly don't read much fic that explores dub/non-con, but this fic has one of the best portrayals of the subject that I've ever seen. You did a really nice job with this, you should be proud.
