Hello! I’ve tried to find this story on AO3 but I can’t find it. I was able to find your profile with other stories you have listed on your page on but didn’t see this story at all.. Great story, it appears like you’ve really put some thought into the vocabulary you want included to introduce a characters personality, and you’ve done a great job with it. Brilliant and well-written! I love how we've learned so much about Dick's past while he's barely even in the chapter himself! Really well executed. And that ending! I had to google Detroit's moto because I didn't believe that it was actually that perfect and fitting for Dick's character - and the Wayne county part, too! I hope to see more Titans stories from you!

I loved the Olympic part! 'Cause you gotta wonder how could Robin and Batman *not* break some records when they get so much practice, huh? Also a thoughtful detail that Dick wouldn't like guns after being trained by Bruce.

Overall, just loved the whole thing. It's so interesting to see how strangers' perspective can give you a fuller picture of this character.

Nightwing has always been my favorite character (after Batman...sorry, Dick), but the way they've portrayed him in the series (so far) didn't really make me like him that much. He's too different, too dark, too violent.

Your story reminded me why I find the idea of Dick becoming a cop and going out on his own so appealing. Now I just hope they'll do the character justice and give us the depth he deserves and which you captured in your fic. Well done!

Might I make a teeny suggestion? I don't want to step on any toes here, but you wrote "his adoptees' names and faces". At this point in the series Bruce Wayne has only ever adopted one child, Dick Grayson. Sure, we learn later on that Dick has been replaced by Jason Todd, but the adoption can't be official yet because Dick doesn't know about it yet and neither do the tabloids. If they knew, Dick would have heard about Jason for sure. Just a thought.
