Update!?

Hope this update. Glad to see the changes

Love the fact that you made a story where Minato doesn’t start with his Persona.

But I have a problem with this chapter as it’s mostly a rehash of the Yellow Trailer and the last parts of the first episode of RWBY.

I do wish to see more of Minato fighting by himself and his Semblance. Also please don’t follow Canon events completely and make the dialogues the same. For the dialogue if you read Hunting or Bust, it managed to not just follow the events of Canon in a different way as it involves more of JNPR but the dialogues are completely different and more natural.

Man this is a hard one of the best RWBY/Persona books I’ve seen also thank you with the no hearm thing because I hate hearms which makes me think is Minato going to have a girlfriend or something. Also AIGIS is a nice addition to the story and I want to see her and Minato’s intearactions. Anyway I hope you can make more of this and I hope you have a good day.

I do hope to see more of Minato interactions with Ruby as I can tell he has been going together a lot. I mean seeing bits of their childhood along with Minato’s training would be nice.

I also do hope to how well he fights by himself and his fighting style. I mean with him being more calm and more subtle compared to Ruby and Yang who would go for direct. Hell I do hope to see his Semblance.

Oohhh! A Persona x RWBY series where the character isn'top! (I love the Persona fanfics overall, but it can sometimes get a bit boring when the protagonist doesn't need to face an actual challenge because of it's overpoweredness, but I DO enjoy the social part of the roleplays)

Yay, I am glad I guessed right about Aigis, giving her Penny as a little sister could be pretty cute. Yup, toasters should unite.

Overall I am a bit mixed in this chapter, it mostly felt like a rethread of the start of RWBY without enough stuff to make it feel unique. That said, I think this was a necessary evil since it allowed you to show how Minato's relationship with his sisters (which is important) and how he totally is Yang's Joshua now. Anyhow, i think your big challenge is probably finding ways to make Minato add stuff to the original storyline in RWBY, but I think that after you get pass the initiation you will have more chances to do stuff since you would have stuff like teams established and so on.

Anyhow, keep up your work and don't give up!

I wonder if you would have moments where Persona OST plays, like Maze of Life, Light the Fire up in the Night, Laser Beam, Mass Destruction, Burn My Dread Last Battle, Reach Out to the Truth, Break out of and Time To Make History.

Those OST really have a way of hyping things up.

The moments with Minato spending time with Ruby and Yang are good. I would have preferred that Minato kept his last name. Also I hope you do portray as the calm and collected character compared to Ruby’s energetic and Yang’s thrill seeking personality.

Although I felt like the half of the chapter at the end was just a rehash of the RWBY Yellow Trailer and the end of the very first episode of RWBY.

my guess, if you don't create a situation for it yourself, for him summoning his first persona is either. 1. if he gets 'killed' thanatos comes on out. or
2. when yang gets her arm lopped off. probably orpheus.

Heh, a gun and a sword to fight, yep that’s how Minato would fight in Persona as well, but don’t forget he has the skills to use other weapons as well, like spears, bow, gauntlets, and two handed swords.

Also, I do hope he still listens to music as that is one of his favourite hobbies.

I really like where this is going. I'm glad you want to make a "balanced" Minato in terms of power, it's really refreshing.
I do wish we could see some Thanatos bs at some point, but either way, keep up the good work

I know Aigis dreams about Minato on what happened that fateful day. Is she still programmed to serve/assist him?

I'm more of a Minato and Fuuka shipper, although the Persona 3 movie did a good job on exploring more of Minato and Aigis. And considering that this story has the both of them, yeah I think those two together would be fine.

I am glad that Minato stayed with Ruby and Yang though I did wish he kept his last name. I do hope to see his Semblance and his awakening of Persona, along with the Social Link. I do hope he become the Messiah that he is.
