This story was good, but the ending feels abrupt though. Also, the thing that bugged me was that James moved on way too quickly.

I haven't read through this story yet but I'm planning on it..

What I do wonder is if you've got the characters right.. it's supposed to be Lily E.(evans) right? Right now you have James P. and Lily Luna P. That means it's kind of incest as Lily Luna is the youngest of Harry's children..

Don't feel sad though.. you're not the first to have this mistake..

Just reread this entire story today and was reminded of how wonderful it was. I started reading this when I was in junior high and was absolutely devastated when I saw it go on hiatus years back. I was a bit of a lurker back then but it was my absolute favorite story on this site. It made me smile and cry and swear at the computer screen.

I'm in university now and came across a page of this in my journal when I was clean my room and hopped back on the site to take another look. It was awesome to see this wasn't one of the stories I've out grown and it's still as great as I remembered. It's funny that Twilight got you to finish the series because YOUR WRITING IS SO MUCH BETTER! It's a lot less heavy handed and reads much more naturally. If you ever do decide to give professional writing a shot, I'd be more than happy to fill my bookself with your books.

you are so lucky this one had a happy ending! the 1st one, i thought i was going to cry! but i love your stories!

Okay, so I started reading this story expecting it to be a good read. But the fifteenth chapter into the story, I'm sorry to say that I feel horribly disappointed. It's such a good plot, but the way you've written your characters makes me hardly believe it at all.

I don't think that Lily would ever have been angry at James for moving on with his life, you said that it had been at least two years, of course, he was expected to move on. It's the human thing to do.

My point being, there was so much you could have done. Shown a realistic reaction of James breaking down (not in a comical way), of Lily and James meeting again and all those feelings rushing back. When I read this, I was constantly reminded of 'Cast Away', the movie with Tom Hanks, if you've watched it. And the way that they had portrayed the meeting of Tom Hanks and his wife (after she'd re-married), was something that would have been perfect for this.

It feels like you've turned a serious situation into something humourous, the reactions seem un-canon and unrealistic and though your writing structure is amazing, the rest just disappoints me.

Sorry, I just had to leave a review stating all of this. I will be carrying on reading though, but only because I'm a horrendously curious person and your writing is rather good.

On a side note, you write really well. In some parts you move a bit quickly, but you express their emotions very well.

I love this story so far. You had me hooked from the beginning. James seems a little OOC but at the same time it seems natural for him to be this way since Lily left. I don't like Penelope much. She doesn't seem to have much character development and what I read so far just makes me not like her.
