If you're going to do a military Harry story, it would be a good idea to do more research on how the British Army works.

So did Harry get his magic back during Voldemort's resurrection. It could make sense that Voldemort somehow took Harry's magic with him when he became a wrath. And when he regained a corporeal form so did Harry's magic, which then returned to him.
Harry would be untrained in magic, but he would be able to see through muggle repelling wards. Also if Harry didn't know he got magic back, then it would work for the prophecy. The power he knows not. He being Harry, and the power being magic. Maybe Harry could learn to do some minor spells. But I hope that he doesn't leave his entire current life behind if he did regain his magic.
Anyways, these are just guesses and suggestions, do with them as you wish, but, please keep up the great work!
