I just love the way you brought the new WD characters into the narrative. And their discussions and decisions were so realistic. Even the bit about Glenn and Maggie not having a smooth ride but working it out. Love this story. Kudos!

Love knows no color. The only thing that matters is how you feel, think and treat each other because at the end of the day, it's just y'all, no one else. I'm so happy that Rick and Michonne are continuing their lives together and moving forward with their plans to marry. This was a great fiction that brought back all kinds of memories about college days and what it meant to try to move forward as an adult after facing some terrible, life changing pains. I just loved it. Now, if it's not being too pushy...perhaps a continuation of this in another story...maybe, I hope, and please ;)

So much goodness that came from a bad situation. That comment about Michonne thinking that she's better because of her career and friends that are a different color, just yanks my chain. Sad, but unfortunately, some of the comments that Michonne will endure as her career progresses will come from the people that she expects least, but at she's armed with the realization that it will happen. It's wrong for her to have to hear that, but unfortunately, dumbass, ignorant people who can't even aspire to that level, much less reach, always feel the need to shit on other people's success and happiness. She did need to also broach that subject with Rick, but she's right...that's a long conversation. Love how Rick slipped the 'I'm in love and happy' part into the conversation. Furthermore, he wants her to meet the parents...BIG STEP! The family that we choose is just as important and the one that we're born into and Michonne and Rick have a great, loving, protective and supportive, positive extended family. They're quite blessed indeed.

Mike must've lost his mind! First, he has no right to question Michonne about anything that she does or who with, after the way that he behaved. Then, he gives himself permission to put his hands on her! I'm glad that she punched his lights out because he had it coming and in the eyes of the law, she was defending herself against being attacked. Rick really blacked out and I'm glad that he didn't get in it because I know that there would've been bloodshed and he doesn't need that. Thank goodness that Morgan and Abe had his back and that Sasha brought the security guards to intervene. That situation went from 0 to 100 in a flash. I just hate that the sexy time that they had had to be interrupted by that bottom feeder Mike. He really is jealous of Michonne.

so many goodies in this chapter. Michonne letting Jessie know that she has help if she needs it is testament to the lady and friend that Michonne is. Also letting Jessie know that she and Rick are together. Rick carrying her bags, knowing not to fool with her snacks and offering her the last piece of pizza along with the nod from her BFF, Sasha...big kudos, Dude! Love their growing intimacy. But ugh, oh...Rick has Mike's last name.

This was a wonderful way to start the sexually intimate part of their relationship. Relaxed and comfortable with each other, sharing one another's embrace and closeness while waking up in the morning. Yup, it doesn't get much better. Snuggling, smiling, talking, eating breakfast and making love on a lazy afternoon is what Rick and Michonne needed after the major breakthrough that they shared. Le sigh...Richonne love forever.
