Well I can say that this was a different and unique take on how Danny became Half-ghost.

I really enjoyed reading this because we know how much Sam cares for Danny and there's a huge length she would go for saving his life or in this case bring him back from the dead or halfway living if you want to get technical.

All in all, awesome story and it looks like Jack was technically right in "Reality Trip" it was Sam who gave Danny his ghost powers however unintentionally that may have been.
