Ah... they're trying to protect him by keeping him out. Yet, it's best to be prepared for danger than left alone and ignorant. Ignorance is bliss, yes. But only when danger is away. I really liked this chapter, thank you for writing this!

I really enjoyed the meeting between one of the Queen's Maids of Honor and the Queen's Watchdog! And her being so naturally accepting of Snake, she's really good at navigating conversations and making people feel at ease with her (as expected of a Maid of Honor, of course) and I'm really liking her character. Can't wait to see how she'll manage when the zombies start attacking the Titan-i mean, the Campania, ehem.
