This is by far the best fic of these two I've read 10/10

Izuku calls Hatsume "Mei" pretty often in the middle, but you changed it to Hatsume right there at the end. Hatsume is her family name and Mei is her given name, I believe. Midoriya most likely wouldn't even call her by her given name even when kissed. This is pretty important since you are not using honorifics to show the relationships between people. Canon Asui Tsuyu is a good example of what would practically never happen. No one in Japan would just ask them to call them by a nickname based of their family name on a first meeting without a very good reason.. Something I had noticed and should be a rather easy fix. Good fluff nonetheless.
