hisnhers chapter 1 . 12/11/2018 A moving fic. ty. his |
themadmartian chapter 1 . 10/7/2018 This was a very good portrayal of what the mauraders were and what Peter threw away because he was too cowardly to stick by them when times got hard. I'll add to my story favorites. 0)) |
Guest chapter 1 . 1/27/2018 Oh I love this. Growing up as a loner misfit kid, you nailed the thoughts perfectly. Bravo. |
Guest chapter 1 . 12/19/2015 the marauders would have been better with snape as a one of them instead of wormtail. i wish... |
shadowkat678 chapter 1 . 6/19/2014 Why? Why must you make me cry so! |
The other world chapter 1 . 6/16/2014 Beautiful. This is just beautiful. It has all the depth and pain that I can imagine Snape feeling - and the fact that Snape just wanted acceptance and unconditional love - he had that from Lily but even she abandoned him in the end. But he - whatever Snape is, he is not a traitor. Not to those he gives his loyalty. So different from Wormtail - the man who had it all but threw it away for a promise of power - a promise that was not only broken but shattered into pieces and blown into the wind. |
LiveAndLetRain chapter 1 . 12/12/2013 This is heartrendingly beautiful. I can't really think of anything else to say. It's just that good. |
riverrat chapter 1 . 11/27/2013 Very deep. Great writing. Loved every bit of your oneshot. Only Severus who spent most of his life being lonely would know what Pettigrew threw away. |
little lily witch chapter 1 . 7/30/2013 It would be for the best if he had been in the rats place... he was a better men... and against all the mistakes that would've been made he was more of a friend being an enemy, he would've been a better friend... and I wonder what his animagus form would be... |
daily-chan chapter 1 . 6/22/2013 Good story, I like how Snape thinks about Pettigrew and what he's done. Most people would kill for a friendship like the Marauders had, Snape probably dreamed of that kind of acceptance all his life and Pettigrew threw it all away just like that. You write it brilliantly |
MuggleCreator chapter 1 . 2/21/2012 Brill. I gotta say, you've really captured something here. You're great at angst — Doctor Who *and* HP. Good stuff! |
GodricGeoffreyGryffindor chapter 1 . 2/14/2012 Good psychological study of Snape. Personally I don't think he could have had that much anger without having first acquired it at home. But from there it definitely would have limited his ability to make friends. He diagnoses Wormtail's problem as throwing away friendship for power. I think that says more about Snape than it does Wormtail, but then I really can't imagine anybody being quite so callous in their disregard of true friendship as Wormtail, for any reason. The best I can come up with is that Wormtail somehow felt wronged and angered by the other three, at least subconsciously, so he sabotaged them, repeatedly. It must have been embarrassing that everybody else gets a reasonably cool animal and nickname and he's stuck being a rat named Wormtail. Did he feel put down every time somebody said his nickname? |
creativesm75 chapter 1 . 12/14/2011 nice |
SuddenPsychosis chapter 1 . 4/29/2011 Woh, that was deep. It was another perspective on the Snape/Marauder relationship. Well written. Cheers. |
