Beautiful. I do hope that Remus gets free, and Harry gets to keep his friends as well as his uncle, despite that Imperius case. Poor lad.
Thank you so much for continuing this fic. I cherish it. It is rare that Remus gets to raise Harry without Sirius in the picture.

I feel like the Imperio was unnecessary and out of character for Remus, using the confundus charm along with some memory charms would have sufficed

There are a few things I have an issue with in this story:

1st: It's Gryffindor not Griffindor

2nd: Remus would not have risked a (likely) death sentence by using an Unforgivable on a witch or wizard never mind muggles (as a werewolf he already gets less respect than a regular witch or wizard and would mostly definitely receive "the Kiss" as a sentence for ANY committed crime).

3rd: Sirius Black loves Harry more than anything in the world. His reckless behavior that Halloween night is completely understandable given the fact that he'd just found his brother (in all but blood) and Lily dead, Harry alive but badly injured and discovered that another friend that he considered a brother had betrayed them all in the worst possible way. Sirius had no choice but to give Harry to Hagrid because there was no way he could have fought against the half giant successfully and he had no way of knowing that Dumbledore was going to give Harry to the Dursleys. Sirius was also aware that as long as Peter was roaming free Harry would always be in danger so he set out to capture Peter which went horribly wrong. Lastly, once he was in Azkaban he had no way of knowing about Harry's abusive living situation or the fact that Peter was living at Hogwarts as the Weasley's pet rat until he saw that picture in the Daily Prophet (thus finally giving him the reason he needed to escape).

4th: some of your characters are becoming so OOC (out of character) that they are nearly unrecognizable as the character they're supposed to be.

You really should look into getting a Beta reader (if you don't already have one), they can help you keep your characters realistic while still staying true to the story you're writing.

Sirius is worse than his family.

Shouldn't harry not be able to reveal that he his a Metamorphmagus or he his actually Harry Potter because of the fidelius charm? I mean they put a fidelius on his name and ability and only Remus is the secret guardian isn't he? So Harry shouldn't be able to tell it to anyone who doesn't know it already. Well I'm just a simple muggle trying to understand wizard things so maybe i'm mistaken but that seems unlikely to work for me

Starts out well enough but later chapters get sloppy with details and unbelievable with Harry's character and the plot. (For example, the Diary Horcrux conveniently fades *without* killing off a student to gain a body.)
It all just got too annoying by chapter 12.

If Harry doesn't go busting in there like a bat out of hell and bust Remus out or causes the world's largest ruckus, I would be surprised. Like, guess the cat's out the bag *grabs a bazooka* let's see how Azkaban holds up to explosives!

This is a good interesting story. Just came upon iy and cant stop reading until this last chapter. Way to build suspense and interest. Keep up the good work. Hope to read an updaye soon. Sorry excited for what bappens next. Good luck.

Personally I think Remus wouldn't cast an Unforgivable and would instead Obliviate them. Of course that's just my opinion and I'm not the author. But other than that I think this is a very good story.

Harry has to write Amelia and tell her the truth. If this doesn't get Remus free leave.
