moonkisser chapter 17 . 4/7 You know what's so unique about your Hermione? Her kindness. And I think that's from her faith. And I never wanted to read so much more as I do your story. She is absolutely the know-it-all we all recognize but with that faith instilled by her parents, her faith has tempered her to be a more kind person as well. I do hope you keep writing this Hermione. I am so curious how her journey will change and how she will change other people's. Keep writing, keep inspired! |
Guest chapter 17 . 4/1 Aauuughhh! You can’t stop there. Please, please, please keep on writing. Very good story so far. |
Guest chapter 15 . 4/1 OK. You made me cry. You are good at giving your characters motives to act as they do. Hemione’s observation that Harry never wears his clothes from home, but only his Hogwarts uniform. That fact that Harry is small and undernourished, his eyes haunted. Hermione noticed that Draco never smiled. I haven’t figured out why yet, but it helps explain why he is such a bully. You make Narcissa a compassionate person; this makes her help to Harry in the battle of Hogwarts much more in character. And of course she loves Draco. Interesting that you pair Hermione with Snape. Fan fictions often do, and it works well because both are very smart and very hard workers who like too master a subject. Moving her to third year when she had been practicing spells is an interesting move. And you make her a believing Mormon. I can’t recall any other fan fiction that introduces religion. Hogwarts celebrates Christmas, but as a secular holiday. They have trees and gifts and a feast, but there is no religious meaning attached. I’ve read that even some Muslim societies are now celebrating Christmas as a time to give gifts and have great feasts. Why Mormon? Are you Mormon? Don’t know much about Mormon theology, I’m Anglican myself. Am glad Hogwarts allows Hermione to practice her religion. Please keep writing. Snape needs to be healed too. |
