I like this ending a bit more. This was a really depressing story. Don’t get me wrong this story was amazing. Almost too amazing, I completely immersed myself in this universe. I’m gonna need to read a cheery story before reading the sequel. Damn you for doing this to me! :)

I finally decided to read this. So glad I did.

Regarding the alternative ending; the canon is better as it has a balance of good and bad. The alternative is just one of those too good to be true endings.

Going to be reading the sequel as soon as possible.

Made whole is wonderful in all means,nothing to say was hard for me to see Hiccup losing himself and becoming Ember, but still I can’t do nothing with least,I can be happy for merges up with philosophical concept “Ship of Theseus“,showing us,how one identity takes other through the time.
Hahah,it is really innocent hopes and twisted realities at all means.

Okay in all honesty, I did had a moment wondering how things were on Berk too, nice seeing Astrid herself gets to have some answers too. Also, seeing her confuse is somehow always funny to read/see lol.

I hope either they’ll see Jacin a last time or that there will be (surely that second option if the probability exists) a scene about her finally dealing with what she has been so abruptly thrown in.
