I’m beginning to think Harry might have fairly severe anger issues; dude can’t get through one conversation without literally exploding with anger.

Since this story is super abandoned anyway, I'm going to head-canon it that Fleur and Dora eventually come to an agreement with Harry and in time enter into a polygamous relationship with him where he then eventually marries the both of them.

Because it's not like this story is ever going to get a satisfying conclusion.

I always hate it when a writer thinks that making Neville into the "Replacement Harry" for a story means that he also has to be exactly as good as Harry was in the books, in everything. Mastering the Patronus, maybe being good on a broom, getting through all the standard misadventures exactly the same way, etc. Then they take it a step further by essentially stealing /everything/ from Harry. Sirius is interested in Neville and not Harry despite Neville's dad never being a "Marauder". Neville somehow has the Peverell ancestry and has Harry's Deathly Hallow, despite the Peverell connection being rather key to Harry's entire ancestry. Etc.

It's fucking stupid. And completely unnecessary. It's just lazy.

It has been 325 days since you updated, 4 more than the days between its first and last updates...
So should we assume the story is dead?

I must say that I want to apologies for my previous review. I think this ff is one of the betters one i have read. You are definitely a good writter. It's just after reading the first few chapter I thought harry is gonna be a weakling who will take everyone's shit but as I read more chapter I came to realise I am wrong. This harry potter is different so is the story from the regular one. I also loved the ancient magic aspect of it. Though I was a bit disappointed as i was rooting for harry and fluer more than harry and tonks. But I can't deny I was wrong about you and the story and the story is very good. So I was wrong so was my previous review. Kudos to you for writing this ff. I had good time reading it.

How stupid is that. Harry's wand doesn't work for him properly with a dangerous tournament ahead and he doesn't talk about it to dumbledoor. These are the shortcomings of this ff. A wand is like a lifeline so for it not to work perfectly the first thing harry should do to get a wand working for him but no why would he do that otherwise we will not see stupid forced drama

Tou are definitely one stupid writter. Your harry understands things yet acts like stupid. The pairing of harry and tonks in this ff itself is ridiculous even though I like that pairing for an ff like this their pairing is simply a disaster.

This is remarkably well written. Truly I'm in awe of the clarity in your authorship, it had me desperate to consume this story in a way I have rarely felt. That said I am desperately frustrated with this chapter as an end. I hope to see more of this story someday. As it is I thank you for your hard work, and the new perspective on creative writing.

Truly one of my favorite stories on the platform. I wouldn't listen to the shipping haters. The quality of writing is undeniably fantastic, and the plot flows smoothly from one point to the next. The interactions between characters, primarily Harry with Neville/Dumbledore, are wonderful. They are thought provoking real depictions if Harry was not the BWL who just loved magic. Speaking of magic, the depiction of the Northern Magics are so unique in the entire fandom, and are awesome in general. It feels like the magic he's learning has actual purpose, instead of training with Moody and becoming a god instantly like in many other stories. I really hope you continue this story, or at least update with an outline of the remaining plot should this story be discontinued. This story has been one of my favorites, and I wish you luck with whatever writing you pursue in the future. Cheers mate. :)

Also, don't cave in to whatever haters drove you to drop this in the first place. Eventhough I didn't like the twist at first, Fleur/Harry makes more sense tbh.

This is one of my favourite stories for the realistic maturity and the coming of adulthood for Harry. I love how Fleur is this beautiful but painful lesson that Harry learns by, with and through. Although, I don’t know if I can agree with the Harry Tonks even though my partner is also 4.5 years older.

I feel like I have previously read this story, have you revised it recently? It seems to have added polish to it.

Each chapter has more character development than most stories have overall.
The introspective character of the fic is something I always enjoy (and rarely find).

Reading this has made me unreasonably happy, always eyeing the chapter counter fearing that it will be over.
