I completely understand. I deal with asthma and allergoer on a daily basis because of my area's frequently changing weather so i know how you're feeling. I also deal with my own depression and anxiaty so i also know how lacking energy can feel. I hope you feel better soon (and not just for the sake of an update, i promise)

Sounds like you have severe tree allergies. You may need a combination of both prescription and OTC allergy medicine. Also, I suggest that you get a cool mist humidifier for your room, it will help you breathe easier. I should know, I have severe environmental allergies myself.
