Poor Val, she has no idea what's on the horizon. Chrollo is already on edge with Yuan's death and now suspecting this? Not good. That said, Shizuku was the damn MVP in this chapter! It was wonderful! Normally I feel "meh" about her, but you make me really enjoy reading about her. I feel like she may be one of the few that might actually have a level of loyalty and care for Val as a person and individual rather than "Chrollo's treasure/Kurta". Thank you for the phenomenal chapter and I can't wait to read more!

What I love about your writing is that there are no awkward moments, or moments where I feel that a passage or phrase could have easily been taken out. Nothing is wasted. And every time you update I am super excited to read it, I swear you are one of the few who get chrollo perfect. His thoughts are written so well I honestly feel like sometimes this is canon. And I love Val Val is perfect bow is our cinnamon roll and we want Val to be happy at all times. Also the action scenes for perfect, the descriptions were easy to picture and flowed really well. I cannot wait for another update. It needs to hit the fan. But I need some cuteness before that happens like another kiss but on the lips this time

What an amazing story.

I started it two days ago and I couldn't stop myself from reading until the wee hours of the morning, couldn't stop myself from even THINKING about it, in class or in my dreams.
It's just, I only started watching HxH around one month ago and even though I'm only starting s5 (the Chimera Arc, I believed it is named), it already became one of my favourite show EVER. Yorkshin City's Arc was just wonderful and I loved it from the beginning to the very end. I always had a fascination concerning the bad guys, whether be they the Zoldycks or the Phantom Troup (the moment where Silva, Zeno and Chrollo fight together will forever be in my heart).
And to find a story so wonderfully written, so amazingly captiving and so, so rich about everything-and I mean by that the characters' development and the plot- and length;I believe I felt in love with your story.
I love Val. I love her tragic story, love her relationships with everyone, and I'm so excited for her to finally meet Kurapika, to finally find again her memories-because I don't doubt she will-... I just love her. Your OC is particularly well written.
And I also love Chrollo. I love his story, just as tragic as Val's one but so different nevertheless. I love his relationship with Val, how he fall for her little by little, and even though I doubt he knows it-who cares? It's only better for us, readers. And maybe he does know, with Paku at his side. I have to admit I'd really have liked to read his PoV during his separation with Val:how is he? How does he cope with her absence, after having spend a whole year with her? We have some hints, but it's not enough. I hope we'll learn more about this in the following chapters. Anyway, when I can't imagine a way for them to get closer once more, I read one more time the summary and I'm full of hope.

Believe me, I am really, really, REALLY looking forward for you to update this absolute masterpiece. I have a thousand more of things to say but I'm afraid I have to sleep-I was not joking when I said I read until late in the night, and I have to get up tomorrow-or rather, later today. I'm hyped right now, wonderimg what will happen in the next chapter:will they FINALLY kiss for good? Chrollo is so sweet sometimes, almost makes me forget what he did to her.
I would have liked to talk about Hisoka-he's really good here, you made me like him-or the Phantom Troup and their awesomeness-but another time maybe.

WOW, IT'S NICE HAVING DANCHOU BACK!

Really, I miss how they flirt with each other and Danchou gets all touchy and his lips and hand all over her. I was scared when she slips out about how she bath with Hisoka, thought Danchou would be going ballistic, but our girl Val know to stop. I actually dreaded the moment Danchou know about their bath and kiss. Poor Valtiel would be tortured by Danchou.

I low-key read this ff with anxious mind because I saw there are this "until the grim reaper or the angel of death come" and I thought what if Valtiel end up dead in the end? Then Danchou would constantly getting drunk so he can forget her, and indulging in his fantasies of her, and he was drowned on his guilt and remorse over her. I'd loved to see Danchou getting his karma but I want them to have their deserving happy ending!

I hope Danchou could get in his right mind and be firmer about his feeling to Valtiel. But, it's nice to see Valtiel not getting caught up on Danchou's teasing touch anymore because she knew such intimacy was nothing to Danchou.

I hope you are safe and please update as soon as possible! This story is so good and get me on edge at the same time lol

YES! Yes! Yes! I have suffered too long waiting for this and you do not disappoint! Beautiful. Simply beautiful as per usual. The writing feels soft and melodious. It goes so well with Chrollos character and boy am I glad he finally explained himself. I have no doubt it had a lot to do with Yuan's death, poor thing.
But, I am ecstatic they are together once more, if only they could stay that way forever :)
