Heather Snow chapter 3 . 6/10/2019 Love Malcolm's heroism and Before that Tucker's determination ago on to shake him out of k funk. |
Red River Hog chapter 3 . 9/21/2018 Well, that was close! Poor Trip with his nightmares, and Malcolm emulating his great uncle with the underwater self-sacrifice thingy, lol. I suppose they are gonna both need some therapy after that one. Great story! Hope you'll write more. |
Red River Hog chapter 2 . 9/21/2018 Oi, Malcolm is very selfless here, or is he? Poor Trip, all roughed up as he is. What a sphincter clencher. I don't suppose you drowned them, since thee's another chapter, lol. |
Red River Hog chapter 1 . 9/21/2018 I logged on to see if I could get my Malcolm fix, and here is your wonderful story. Very gripping and well written. Poor boys! Although I do worry about Malcolm's brain cells. He's bound to lose a few from oxygen deprivation... |
bri wesmoreland chapter 3 . 9/19/2018 Nice. I'm so glad to have a happy ending. Malcolm was quite clever and brave. Kudos to him! But after such an ordeal the PTSD will certainly be a bitch. They'll both need professional help and lots of support from friends, colleagues and family for a long time to come. Great story, thanks for sharing! |
bri wesmoreland chapter 2 . 9/19/2018 I am simply going to cry! That was excruciating! Please let this end well, or I will have to hate you. Again, so very well written. |
bri wesmoreland chapter 1 . 9/19/2018 That was absolutely horrific! I almost stopped reading it was so painful, but so well reading and intriguing as hell so I didn't. I'm suffering along with the guys. I just hope it doesn't get any more graphic, I don't know if I can take it. great read! |
LoyaulteMeLie chapter 3 . 9/19/2018 Yes, this is going to be a long, difficult recovery isn't it? I hope Phlox has a good supply of patience and understanding. It's a good thing they have each other to lean on through the bad times that will have to come before the good times start coming back. I loved the real deep feeling of friendship that permeated this story. Thank you for sharing it with us. |
LoyaulteMeLie chapter 2 . 9/19/2018 OK. I can breathe now... I think; because every muscle in my stomach was clenched while I was reading that. Your descriptions are simply amazing, pulling the reader right into that terrible steel box inexorably filling with water, to live the desperate fight for the last seconds of life rather than read it. Stunning. |
LoyaulteMeLie chapter 1 . 9/19/2018 Good grief this is so raw and horrifying it's brilliant stuff. I can't decide on every sentence whether I want to go forward or stop reading, but I can't stop, I have to know what happens... Love the way it's done from Trip's perspective, with his junior officer's suffering overlaying his own. Exquisitely painful for him in every way. Wonderful. Gut-wrenching, but wonderful! |
