So cute. Yes, cute, even though projectile vomiting is involved. Probably because projectile vomiting is involved and Walter just dealt with it because that is what he'd do. Especially love the lines "I,uh, would prefer you to be conscious. And vomiting with a bit less frequency." See, absolutely adorable and so, so Walter.

Great story and I hope your writing frenzy continues because I'm ready to read more.

Oh this was adorable and touching! Paige asking Walter why he took care of her even though they both knew the answer was great and the dialogue sounded exactly like something Paige would say.

And I am fiiiinally back to reading and reviewing. Whoops. That hiatus was longer than I expected, considering I never expected to be gone at all.

re: the troll. They spammed me with like 10 of those reviews over a two hour period (which amused me because, like, if you really hate my writing so much, you won't spend a good chunk of your day reading it!) a week or so back. I just deleted them and moved on. I've found from various Tumblr attacks over the years that what those anons want most is a reaction, and nothing tickles me more than deleting their messages and knowing that they're out there somewhere constantly refreshing my posts and my profile to see if I'll be acknowledging their existence, not knowing that they'll never get the satisfaction of getting a rise out of me.

Anyhoo, on to this fic, I love the idea of Ralph talking to Walter all the time, of Paige subconsciously needing Walter when she's a mess (he's probably why she GOT so drunk in the first place lbr) and then the idea of them watching a scary movie together, it all pleases me so much. I also find it really hysterical that Walter is continually bringing up how much Paige vomited. xD I don't know why I find that so funny but I haven't stopped snickering.

Wonderful! I have a real soft spot for the hurt/comfort genre and this one really hits the spot. I love that Walter doesn't hesitate to take care of her and doesn't even begin to assume that it means anything in terms of mending their romantic relationship, he just does it because he loves her. And that he sees nothing wrong with telling her how beautiful she is, even though they are not together at this point, because to him it's just a fact. I also love that Paige subconsciously knows that she needs Walter when she's in trouble and gets herself to him. Great little one shot. Glad to see the childish behaviour of a very small minority has inspired you to write more!

Thank you! I love the way Walter is still willing to take care of Paige. And the cute way he's in fact asking her to stay. And the way Paige acknowledge she is willing to stay. Baby steps but baby steps in the right direction.

Things I love about this:
1) Ralph and Walter talking every night because awwwwww.
2) Walter still wanting to take care of her in any way he can. I can only imagine how hard it would be for him to have her show up and be all clingy and need him so I’m happy that she didn’t just disappear in the morning.
