I love this story

Deffinately one of the most original stories out there. I was cringing/on the edge of my seat hoping she would not go through with it, thank you for the way you handled it. It was a roller coaster of emotions on how Belle was handling the situation. I have always had mixed emotions about her. I liked that she was kind and vulnerable with Melanie but I always felt if she was really Rhetts friend she would of helped him to see the way he was treating Scarlett was not the way to get her. Belle always wanted Rhett for herself and hurt everyone in the process. Imho

I always thought that Scarlett and Rhett deserved a happy ending. Thank you for doing them justice. Cute fic!

GREAT FIC, I LOVE IT

Appreciated your willingness to explore a unique change in plot, which precipitated a ripple effect. No marriage to Frank Kennedy (yippee). Scarlett recognized the truth about Ashley's uselessness and that he never loved her much earlier. That opened the door to finding a true friend in motherly Melanie. Without a second marriage or another baby and not pining for Ashley, Scarlett stayed at Tara and took the time to begin a relationship with Wade.

When the tax bill arrived, she approached Belle Watling for work after striking out with Rhett. It was a desperate move after exhausting any other resources. No one in her circle of acquaintances had that sum of money since Confederate currency was no longer legal tender. Belle provided the funds to keep Tara until the next property tax was due (in a year?) and treated Scarlett kindly. Partly because she feared Rhett's ire if she handled Scarlett like most of her other whores and partly to use her to attract wealthy clientele. Thankfully Rhett was released from jail and the story unfolds with them each having less baggage. The formatting and lack of a Beta to help with spelling and punctuation takes you out of the story from time to time, but don't let that stop you from reading this unique "What if?" GWTW twist. You won't be in tears at the end.

Such a wonderful story! I love the happy ending. I would love to read about this Rhett and Scarlett on their honeymoon. To see how different things would be with them openly acknowledging their love for each other.

What a sweet story. I almost gave up in the beginning because Scarlett really becoming a girl at Belles and Rhett using her wouldve just been too angsty. So it was really good that didnt happen.
I did wonder a bit why Rhett and Melly both acted like Rhett was at Tara the first time when it was just a few days and chapters backwards when he was there as well, just missing Scarlett

I find that you have a wonderful way of writing stories and hope in future you will come back and finish some of your stories that I am dying to see what happens next. If you happen to write a new one it would be interesting to see what you have install for us.

Honestly, I didn't want to read it, because I hate the idea of Scarlett going to Belle's. Though I made myself start and...I couldn't stop :D It is really interesting and exciting.

Few words about characters.
I can't say I hate Belle, though i don't like her. In your story I felt pity towards her, especially after her friendship with Rhett was over, though it all was her fault.
I'm glad Scarlett realized she didn't love Ashley in THAT moment. I like that Scarlett decided to start everything anew, and she shows affections to Wade. That's good.
Rhett...oh, Rhett..it was terrible for him to know Scarlett was working THERE (though first day).

So, you did a great job. Amazing story. A new view. I loved it so much.
