Honestly, it isn’t that Uchiha Clansmen don’t use Shadow Clones. Generally, most shinobi don’t use Shadow Clones. The Shadow Clone Jutsu may look like an excellent, useful, and effective jutsu worth using when Naruto is on-screen, spamming away like a maniac to overwhelm his enemies, strategically place himself within hitting distance of his enemies, or even just significantly cutting down his training time by splitting up all of the experience of dozens of clones when trying to master a single technique, but the truth is the Shadow Clone Jutsu isn’t a very practical jutsu for a shinobi to utilize.

People tend to forget this fact because the main and titular character, Naruto, uses Shadow Clones as his main technique — after all it is the first jutsu Naruto truly mastered — but the Shadow Clone Jutsu is in fact a forbidden jutsu, and it is for good reason: each clone splits the user’s chakra in half. Now, for a Jinchuuriki, especially one whose body is host to Kurama, the most powerful Bijuu of the nine with almost limitless chakra reserves, this isn’t really a problem. On his own, Naruto has ridiculously vast chakra reserves just from being born into the Uzumaki Clan, and that’s without Kurama’s almost limitless supply of chakra being Naruto’s backup supply.

For any normal shinobi, the Shadow Clone Jutsu can be incredibly dangerous on multiple levels. Thus, Uchiha or not, the Shadow Clone Jutsu just is not a practical jutsu to use. For anyone who does not have a vast reserve of chakra comparable to a Bijuu, splitting their own chakra in half to form a clone can be incredibly dangerous in a life or death battle. That amount of chakra would serve the average shinobi much better being put toward using powerful ninjutsu or genjutsu techniques. Additionally, if one is not careful, and does something reckless — think Naruto summoning hundreds of clones instantly — the average shinobi runs the risk of depleting their chakra reserves completely, and instantly dying from it. Again, this is not an issue for a Senju or Uzumaki, especially one who is also a Jinchuuriki.

Most shinobi find it much more practical to use normal clones, or other elemental clones, such as Kakashi’s Lightning Clones, or Hashirama’s/Madara’s/Yamato’s Wood Clones. They are not as dangerous to use as Shadow Clones, and requires much less chakra.

Another thing to note is that most shinobi have no need to rely on the use of clones in battle for anything other than diversions, or other strategic uses, such as when Hashirama used his Wood Clone to trick Madara, giving him a false sense of victory while his actual body was lying in wait to strike Madara down from behind. Your average shinobi, especially those belonging to a Clan, usually have an arsenal of deadly jutsu at their disposal for combat situations. Naruto, who really didn’t learn many different jutsu as a Genin, was often forced to rely heavily on the Shadow Clone Jutsu. He eventually learned the Rasengan, and then built upon that by creating multiple variations of it, each one deadlier than the last, but that was still only one main ninjutsu technique. Prior to mastering Sage Mode, and eventually gaining partnership with Kurama, Naruto’s taijutsu relied heavily on Shadow Clones.

So basically the forbidden jutsu that is the Shadow Clone Jutsu simply is not a very practical or safe technique for your average shinobi to use. It really has nothing to do with the Uchiha Clan just being biased toward the Shadow Clone Jutsu, and more that there are too many risks associated with using the Shadow Clone Jutsu. Many shinobi know of the Shadow Clone Jutsu, as Naruto hasn’t really gone toe to toe with an enemy shinobi who was not familiar with the technique. But at the end of the day, Naruto, as a shinobi who hasn’t really mastered more than a handful of jutsu in his entire career, is the one shinobi who hasn’t had much of a choice but to constantly use the Shadow Clone Jutsu. And due to his lineage, as well as the fact that Minato sealed Kurama inside of Naruto, adding to his already naturally vast chakra reserves with an even greater mass of powerful chakra, Naruto can afford to spam the hell out of the Shadow Clone Jutsu and not worry about dying, or lessening his own amount of chakra to the point he is no longer formidable to enemies. There aren’t many shinobi who are so lucky that they can mindlessly abuse Shadow Clones, whether Uchiha or otherwise. I know it’s long, but I hope that answers your question.

man, how did shisui know about kaguya, you are not making any sense here. shisui also doesn't know a single seal, if he did than seal masters would be like dogs and cats you find in street dying with humans kicking them.

That makes semse with the horcrux thing. If I'm not mistaken, in canon horcruxes have to created by ritual, so the accidental horcrux wouldn't make sense. I totally agree.

I think i you should go with Slytherin, it would be easier as you wouldn't have to make up new students as well as room for a different reaction from the people around Harry/Shisui.

Shisui did not get the flee on sight warning It was issued for Minato .
shisui lived on his own after his parents died and was not raised by mikoto shisui didn't receive that only minato was given flee on sight warning and shisui didn't have that kind of relationship with mikoto uchiha .i don't think that he would have that much trouble with the subjects as he is considered a prodigy on the same level as itachi uchiha..

This... this is one of the best Naruto/HP crossover's I have ever read and I have read plenty. It's engaging, my interest peaked and won't die down. It's intelligent: Shisui is smart, wise, but still has issues to work through. Obviously a potential Gary Stu, but without the over the top nonsense that usually follows on those types of stories. Well done. I need more of this story in my life.
