When did I fall in love with TSOM? Monday night! I saw it for the first time Monday after some friends of mine found out that I had never seen it and were APALLED! And rightly so! It was incredible and your fic is an excellent expansion. Still loving it!

Ahhhhhh! I'm on chapter 4 and it's getting juicy! What a lovely set up to what I'm sure will be a great plot. The setup is perfect, yet completely believable and doesn't feel forced at all. I'm so excited!

This was very well written! I felt Georg's desperation to be with Mara just for one night. I only wish he had talked before with her and not the night before the wedding. If it wasn't because he was drunk he would have never said a single word to her.
Now Maria has to choose between Captain Leitner and Georg. I only hope she decides to be with our Captain!

This was so delicious and erotic but in such a classy and well written way. You can really feel the air pulsing between them and Georg’s desperation for her, as well as Maria’s anguish and internal conflict. I was practically screaming at my screen for her to just give in and be with him! I love this story so much, I do hope in future chapters that you write more M because you’re very good at it (though I’m sure whatever you write will be as fabulous as all your previous chapters!) Bravo

OMG! Don’t apologise for the slight M material or where this story has gone. It’s absolute heartbreaking, romantic, genius! Just a few Georg lines I love include - ‘If you’re going to be his tomorrow, then be mine for tonight.’, ‘Perhaps you would like some practise with a sea captain before the big event.’ & ‘Captain Leitner doesn’t need to know. It’ll be our little secret. My wedding gift to you.’ The sheer desperation in those words are sad, erotic and quite brilliant. The fact Georg would snatch at one night with Maria, just to be loved by her and to live out his love for her in that short window in time, even though it will leave him grieving her loss and broken when she marries Captain Leitner in the morning is so so devastating. I ADORE this whole story and I LOVE the direction it’s taken. Please update soon. If I don’t get to find out which man Maria chooses to make and which one she chooses to break soon, my Christmas will be ruined as I won’t be able to think of anything else. Lols Georg or Alexander? Tough choice, but who is it going to be Maria? ;)

I really liked how you switched the engagement. Now it's Maria who is engaged and Georg who is heartbroken. I hope Georg wakes up and tells her he loves her.

I'm loving your story and all the angst! I really like how, as you said, it's Georg's turn to watch Maria with someone else since she always has to see him with the Baroness. Of course the proposal is especially painful and I just hope they can find their way to one another. I'm glad at least that the Captain can finally admit to himself that he loves her. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Wow. I am really loving this neat story of yours. As much as I think you're being horrendously cruel to us (I joke), I love how this has taken a turn and gave us an alternate way that this could've panned out had Georg not gone to find Maria like he does in the film. I'm really looking forward to the next chapter!
