Sniffle. That was a truly beautiful ceremony. I also really enjoyed Harry's slow awakening and recognizing the voices around him. I loved Mr. Weasley's insistence of bringing Harry up the stairs.

Oh, this chapter is glorious. The moment James and Lily went to Molly and Arthur first, my heart melted, before they even spoke. It's so fitting and perfect. I loved that it was Sirius who went to Ginny, such a gift to his godson. When Lily said it would be harder to heal if they weren't wonderful, my mind immediately went to Draco Malfoy. Wonderful is a word that can't be associated with him, so I wonder if they'll be consequences.

The Banshee was thoroughly terrifying, but I couldn't decide what to focus on- her or the reunion the Weasleys were having with Fred. This was so fabulous, and I hope you're so very proud. It was everything the book series gifted to us, and it felt so very right.

I really love everyone gathering to join the fight. Such a lovely show of solidarity. I'm enjoying this story so much, I've even suspended my disbelief that the resurrection stone could be found again. I mean - a single rock in an entire forest - but nonetheless - this is all so unique and intriguing. I SOOO hope we get time to see the reaction of the Weasleys when the realization of how they've been treating Harry dawns on them I loved Ron and Hermione knowing Harry so well that they tried to warn him off doing anything reckless. I always think losing him in DH would have some long lasting repercussions with his friends.

Oh, no! And I thought seeing McGonagall that way was bad! When was Ginny turned? Harry thought he heard something in the tunnel, and I thought it strange she ran ahead and didn't wait for him, but her cold words at the end. I can't work out what got her. And I also can't work out why Harry is still so scatterbrained. Of course, Newt didn't mean his friends... but Harry is still behaving oddly.

Curiouser and curiouser

I really worry about the fact Azkaban will have on Harry.

I think Ron would be the best man. He sort of filled in for Fred at the shop, so it makes sense that he would take that role, too. Fred will always be with George, but he'll be there through Ron, too, so it seems very fitting to me.

I so thoroughly enjoy your Ron! So, not a boggart... my mind keeps going back to Peeves, who was right there in the castle. I liked the idea of Lucius coming to them in order to save Draco. Such a typical Malfoy thing to do. I always thought he had more of a redemption arc in DH than Draco, anyway.

I keep thinking how emotional it will be for Harry when Molly finally realizes what's she's been doing like George did. Oh, I want to hug him just thinking about it.

Hmm. Laughing charm was temporary... but what about a Cheering Charm? It was used on GP and made them all nearly giddy...

Okay, although I wasn't thrilled with the idea of a forced wedding, I have to admit that the scene was beautiful. The idea of Harry thinking real trees and getting a forest of Christmas trees is both exasperating and endearing.
I noticed the Elder wand mentioned again, and its beginning to seem... odd? Still not sure if I'm reading too much into it. Also curious how the owl found them. I thought GP was under a Fidelius Charm? How did this one find Harry when Molly's have been unable to reach Ron? Curious.

Oh, no! I hope they can find another way. This doesn't seem at all the way a marriage should "have" to take place. I hope they find another way.

I'm curious about what "bit" Ron. I found that rather foreboding, and I hope he won't soon begin to turn on Harry, too. Although, how did it get into GP? Harry, too, is not right. He keeps ignoring things that he really should be brooding over. This is so mysterious and intense. Fantastic job on your part!

Rats! Eww, it had to be rats! Gross! Ten minutes seems like an awfully long time not to have suffered some sort of brain injury. I doubt even Bellatrix could've held her attention that long on the Longbottoms. I'm really glad Andromeda and Teddy are safe, but what on earth is wrong with Mr. Weasley and the Ministry. Since they now know Hermione isn't at school, will they figure out Ginny isn't there, either?

Hmmm, I'm wondering if the Elder wand is somehow connected to what's going on, though I'm not sure how since it didn't seem to affect Dumbledore negatively. I don't think Harry will be completely back to himself until he stands up to Hermione on something, so I'm watching for that. Curious how Seamus and Lavender went to the Hogs Head after the Battle. Personally, I tend to think Lavender died, but even if not, she was severely injured during the Battle.

This chapter was fantastic. I started reading this several days ago, but had to go at a very slow pace because the behavior of the Weasleys was so distressing! Last night, I actually woke in the middle of the night trying to work out what was going on!

The biggest question for me is why are some affected while others are completely aware of what's happening. I feel like it's even affected Harry to a lesser extent because his lack of following his instincts and just ignoring mounting evidence was concerning. Thank Heavens for Ron and his preparing. My gut says the abundance of Dementors has something to do with it, but Ginny isn't affected and they had particularly bothered her in the past, so I just don't know - but I'm really eager to find out!

I'm really glad this story is here since I avoid Ao3 whenever possible. I feel like that site is dedicated to Draco Malfoy, and I can't stand him!
