JohnJoestar17 chapter 5 . 3/28/2019 This is a pretty solid story and reminds me a lot of Rakked's Darkest Dungeon Diaries. Aside from a handful of grammar issues, I'm really liking and curious about how your playthrough will turn out. |
ChocolateTeapot chapter 3 . 9/15/2018 Nice work! I particularly liked Bos thinking about dealing with the aftermath of her mission and the rumours forming around her. Parry struggling in the dark was pretty intense. Having finding a head convince them to turn back was neat. Them arguing about whether to take or leave it was interesting. Having Bordel actually threaten Parry was good foreshadowing to the Heir’s part where he feels they should be more willing to throw the lives of their soldiers away. I do feel the chapter could use a bit more editing though, as some of the grammar constructions make it a bit choppy to read. For example: “Corbert a woman that who says she is a collector of artifacts and Bailleula man suffering from leprosy.” I’d make this “Corbert, a woman who says she is a collector of artifacts,” and “Bailleul, a man”. The heir lying about the source of the buzzing was also interesting. |
ChocolateTeapot chapter 2 . 9/2/2018 Good work! I particularly liked the Heir’s PR campaign in renaming the estate. The hints towards how the character relationships are forming are interesting. As for criticism, I’d go for heavier separators between the sections though and there are a fair number of typos. The heir dealing with the aftermath of a difficult mission was also very good. |
